Who is Sabrina?
Sabrina is a Haitian American licensed mental health counselor born and raise in Brooklyn NY. She is bilingual in Haitian Creole. Mom of a thriving and energetic 2 year old son and a proud wife to her supportive Panamian husband. She is licensed in NY, RI & FL. Sabrina has been practicing therapy for over 7 years but has been in the mental health field for over a decade. She has worked with an array of clients to meet their life goals. Sabrina offers individual therapy and mentorship services. She works with adult clients that are looking to focus on their anxiety, depression, life transition, self esteem, grief, women issues and career goals. She is trained in CBT, Solution based focused therapy, Narrative therapy, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing.
Sabrina work with clients that are experiencing challenges with anxiety, self esteem, depression. For our mentorship program, we walk with mental health counselors nationwide to identity their niche and career goals to enhance both their professional and personal development.
Sabrina is the author of her children's book “My Black is Gold” and appeared in several mental wellness podcasts including You're our Unity and Voyage content. Sabrina has also hosted let's talk mental health YouTube series and mental wellness Mondays.
